All Quick Wit Stitches kits are handmade with care and we hope you love them. We do not accept returns, but if you have any problems at all with your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch - we're always happy to help.

Gifting

Our kits make wonderful gifts! Here are a few things that might help:

• Gift cards - not sure which design to choose? A Quick Wit Stitches gift card lets your recipient pick their favourite.
• Beginner-friendly - all our kits are suitable for complete beginners, so there's no need to worry about skill level.
• Complete kit - we include everything you need (except a pair of scissors to trim the threads!) and nothing you don't; so you can be confident your recipient can enjoy their gift without any fuss and won't be left with waste or mess.
• Guides and tips - for anyone new to cross stitch, we have guides on the website (with a quick link from the printed instructions in every kit) and we're very happy to answer questions by email.
